Summary:

Len Sperry talks with a woman who has had chronic sinus problems for many years. Her main symptoms are mucus accumulation in the throat, fluid in the ears, headaches, and fatigue. She is able to function, but can be cranky and distracted. So far, she has tried medication and diet changes to address her condition. Sperry asks the client to rate her symptoms on a scale of 1-10; what the best and worse ratings were over the past year; how her symptoms impact her daily functioning and her ability to perform her various roles and responsibilities; how she understands her condition, including what things make it better and worse; and the impact on her family and friends. Sperry explains the role of air quality, other environmental factors, biological stressors, and emotional/psychological stressors.
