- Summary:
- This book brings together six architectural projects that share a family resemblance. They were developed separately under different circumstances during the first nine years of the authors' architectural firm. The projects all involved housing activities on intangible land that does not allow permanent buildings, such as archaeological zones, public squares, and a racetrack. The activities were designed to be open to all people and generate cultural exchange and disseminate civic knowledge and values. The projects were made possible by conceiving them as temporary structures that remain on site for varying periods of time, leaving the land as it was found before their arrival.
