NEWSFILM The bodies from the R.101 airship disaster being taken from Beauvais and their arrival at Boulogne, where the coffins are put on HMS Tribune. "IN THE SQUARE AT BEAUVAIS" (8). "The French nation pays a moving tribute to the victims of this - the most terrible disaster in aerial history"(20). A street lined with people. A procession emerges through an arch: a horse-drawn open cart carrying a coffin; men on foot (35). Behind the arch, a coffin is loaded onto a cart (40). A cart with a coffin emerges through the arch, followed by men on foot, including one with a bandaged head, and about a dozen armed policemen (54). Dignitaries walk through the arch, some carrying wreaths (64). Men stand, paying their respects (69). Large wreaths carried in procession (85). Men on horseback (91). HAS of the procession round the square (104). "At Boulogne". Sailors give armed salute as train arrives at station. Dignitaries walk across the track. Men follow, carrying coffins draped in Union Jacks (144). MCU three onlookers, including a man with a bandaged head (151). One of the coffins is lowered to the ground.
