Main title. "At the Aquatic Sports New Jersey, a handcuffed and manacled man dives off the platform into the water and swims to a boat" (4 frames). A man in swimming costume has his hands and feet tied. (No evidence of handcuffs or manacles). He dives into the water and swims off. On his return to the small pier, he is helped out of the water and the bonds cut. He is observed by a number of spectators in rowing boats (49ft).
