- 《康德新闻（哈尔滨）》于1944年6月创刊，继承自《大北新报》。日刊，政治类报纸。太平洋战争爆发后，日伪实行"弘报新体制"。1942年初，大北新报社奉命改为长春康德新闻社哈尔滨支社。山本久治调任康德新闻社专职理事，须腾勇胜接任社长。1944年6月，《大北新报》奉命更名为《康德新闻（哈尔滨）》版，延至1945年8月15日日本宣布无条件投降，该报随之终刊。
