Labour delegates (men and women) walking along wall from Downing Street (the street is not recognisable as Downing St). (0.42). Note: Refers to a meeting between David Lloyd George as Prime Minister and Labour Party delegates. Presumably the issue - "the war" is the possible war with Turkey over the Canak (Chanak) Incident (23/9/1922) in which Turkish cavalry violated a neutral zone. Lloyd George's reckless foreign policy nearly led to an unnecessary war with Turkey.
