March past of French (sic) soldiers. They pass a large monument surrounded by wreaths and with a grandstand on which dignitaries stand [This is the "Patriots at Champigny. The annual pilgrimage at Champigny La Bataill organised by M. Maurice Barres to honour the patriots who have died for their country." - intertitle missing].
