(4 frames) Sir Edward Ward and party walk along line of motor cars alongside which stand Special Constables. Similar view of long line of motorcycles. Some of the constables wear full uniforms, others wear civilian clothes with an armband (26). The party watch the cars, motorcycles and side cars pass along the road (55ft).
