Tiger Beat was an American teen fan magazine aimed at teenage girls. It was published by The Laufer Company between 1965 and 2018. As well as heavy coverage of 'teen idols' in the form of pin ups and interviews, it carried articles on film and fashion. It had a distinctive cover, which featured a montage of headshots of the latest pop idols
