Tammy was a British weekly girls' comic published by Fleetway, London, between 1971-1984. It was part of a family of similar titles including Misty and Jinty, and ultimately it absorbed both of these titles. Tammy was known for its rags to riches 'Cinderella'-themed stories, featuring the struggles of working class heroines facing adversity and hardship
