Col Espinasse Deal Barracks 4th of Feby 1803") recording the gift of this volume from Samuel Abbott to Henry William Espinasse (approximately 1760-1845) on front free endpaper. Autograph ("John Dougherty") on back pastedown and dated 19th-century manuscript ownership inscription ("John Dougherty's Book Belfast 1827") on verso of back free endpaper.
