Juan Masias, sacristan of the Capilla de Santo Pedro Mártir (chapel of Saint Peter Martyr, the chapel of the Inquisition in Lima) for wax candles used during observance of the Mass. Verso blank. Dated 20 May 1771 and signed by Don Bartholome Lopez Grillo, Don Francisco de Matienzo, and Don Miguel [?] de Arrieta, inquisitors of Lima. Folio or document number 18, upper right corner.
