Addition of Burma as beneficiary developing country under the GSP Program : message from the President of the United States transmitting the President's intent to end the suspension of preferential treatment for Burma as a beneficiary developing country under the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) Program, and to add Burma to the list of GSP beneficiary countries in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) of the United States and to the list of GSP least-developed beneficiary developing countries in the HTS, pursuant to 19 U.S.C. 2462(f)(1), Public Law 93-618, sec. 502 (as added by Public Law 104-188, sec. 52(a) ; (110 Stat. 1920)).
