One shows a Hispanic man of about 30, wearing a dark T-shirt and a gray, hooded sweatshirt, standing in a cluttered office next to a wall map. A caption identifies him as Mauricio Rincon. The second shows a pile of protest signs from an anti-violence rally, the topmost one of which reads ''Love is Love,'' with female and male symbols each paired with its own.
