Summary:
A two-sided flyer from 1978 printed on yellow paper, created by the Lincoln Republican Club of Southern California, contains on one side an article about a donation by the Atlantic Richfield Oil Co. to the gubernatorial campaign of state Sen. John V. Briggs; and on the other side, notice of meetings between gay leaders and ARCO representatives. Briggs was the sponsor of California Proposition 6 of 1978, which would have barred homosexuals from working in public schools.
