Summary:
Assesses the suitability of fifty-one river segments that have been previously identified as eligible components of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System. This suitability study includes all river segments within the Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) western Oregon district boundaries that have been determined to meet the eligibility criteria for Wild and Scenic Rivers. Six Western Oregon BLM districts are simultaneously revising respective Resource Management Plans for BLM-administered public lands under one environmental impact statement. The BLM district offices are: Coos Bay; Eugene; Medford; Roseburg; Salem; and Klamath Falls.
