This would include innovative uses of technology and expertise to develop more energy resources on our home turf. (2) Offer choices to consumers that would save energy and reduce costs. These choices could consist of weatherizing workplaces and homes, offering more affordable fuel efficient and advanced vehicles, and touting alternative transportation modes.
