The letters were initially distributed over a listserv, then subsequently through Web postings, earning these authors the title of 'CyberVolunteers.' Our archived letters came from the Dominican Republic, Honduras, Paraguay, Suriname, Bulgaria, Estonia, Macedonia, Romania, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Mongolia, Nepal, Guinea, Niger, Togo, Tanzania, and South Africa."
