Summary:
John Daniel Ehrlichman was born March 20, 1925 in Tacoma, Washington. In 1952, he was appointed to the California State Bar and admitted to the Washington State Bar. Ehrlichman first campaigned for Richard Nixon in 1960. Prior to his appointment as Legal Counsel for President Nixon, he was an attorney at a Seattle law firm. He was also a lecturer at the University of Washington on zoning practices and procedures.
