Summary:
This is the second of two reports describing the Combined Experiment frogram and results. This Phase II report concentrates on the results derived from aerodynamic pressure measurements, wind-turbine load measurements, and flow-visualizafion studies. Average and unsteady aerodynamic measurements are presented for yawed and unyawed operation. These reports disseminate basic aerodynamic data for code validation and wind turbine-design information, and will hopefully assist other researchers using the Combined Experiment data These reports provide a comprehensive description of results to date and a description of how the experiment operates.
