- Summary:
- This working paper has three major purposes. First, it aims to set human cloning in the larger contexts of biotechnology and human procreation and the bioethical discussions these subjects have generated. Second, it presents the importance of human cloning as the first project for the Council. Finally, but most important, it seeks to articulate the kinds of questions that might lead to a rich exploration of the meaning of cloning human beings.
