Summary:

Die Organisation des Religionsunterrichts an Berufsschulen wird aufgrund wachsender religiöser Vielfalt sowie schulorganisatorischer Rahmenbedingungen zunehmend komplexer. Um darauf zu reagieren, wurden im Rahmen des bayerischen Modellprojekts »Stärkung des konfessionellen Religionsunterrichts an Berufsschulen« (StReBe) mit Projektschulen alternative Organisationsformen entwickelt. Ausgangspunkt dafür waren empirisch erhobene Erkenntnisse dazu, wie Lehrkräfte, Schüler:innen und Schulleitungen die Rahmenbedingungen an ihrer jeweiligen Schule wahrnehmen. Im Rahmen eines »bottom up«-Prozesses konnte die Organisationsform »Konfessionelle Kooperation im Bildungsgang« als Option identifiziert werden, die es ermöglicht, auf Bedarfe »vor Ort« mit qualitätsvollem Religionsunterricht zu reagieren. The organization of religious education (RE) at vocational schools is becoming increasingly complex due to growing religious diversity and school organizational conditions. To address this, alternative forms of RE were developed with project schools as part of the Bavarian model project "Strengthening Confessional Religious Education in Vocational Schools". This project was based on empirical findings on how teachers, students, and headmasters perceive the conditions at their schools. Through a "bottom-up" process, an organizational form of denominational cooperation was identified as an option that makes it possible to respond to local needs with high-quality religious education.
