Summary:
The bible belongs to Elizabeth Coope, who was born in 1770. The book appears to have been purchased for her by her father, Joseph Coope E. Bradford on August 12th, 1783. The book was donated by the Gilbert Cope Collection, named for a famed historian and genealogist. (The link between "Coope" and "Cope" is uncertain.)
