- Hamid R. Younesi (LL.B, LL.M, PhD, FHEA) is an Assistant Professor of Law at York Law School, University of York, UK. He is the director of the LLM in Law Programme and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (Advance HE). Dr Younesi has published many scholarly articles in the areas of international investment law, energy law, the law of obligations, and international dispute settlement.
