Issued in three numbers with blue printed wrappers, 1820-1821. Insufficient subscriptions prevented the publication of the additional numbers which were planned. "J. Maxwell, printer"--wrapper. According to Koke, Hill printed his own plates while Maxwell handled the letterpress printing.
