The ordinances and by-laws of the Western House of Refuge for Juvenile Delinquents in the state of New York, adopted by the Board of Managers, January 6, 1852 : together with the act of the Legislature establishing the same, passed May 8, 1846, and an amendatory act passed April 10, 1850 : to which is prefixed a list of the managers, the officers and the committees of the board, the officers of the institution and the commissioners for erecting the buildings.
