The tocsin : a solemn warning against the dangerous doctrine of nullification, in other words, dissolution of the union : containing a view of the doctrines held by Judge Cooper in 1813, contrasted with his doctrines in 1824, and 1827 : a similar contrast between those held by Mr. McDuffie and Major (now Governor) Hamilton in 1821, and those of Mr. McDuffie and Gov.
