- The first series was published in 1833, simultaneously in Philadelphia under title "Memoranda of a residence at the court of London," and London under title "Narrative of a residence ..." The 2d edition of this series, revised and enlarged, appeared the same year both in London and Philadelphia. (cf. Sabin and preface to 3d edition) The 3d edition, published under title "Residence at the court of London ..." was edited by the author's son, B. Rush, London and Philadelphia, 1872.
