Summary:
The Spanish civil war reaches its bloody climax and the League of Nations seems helpless against the aggression of Italy, Germany and Japan. In 1938, Neville Chamberlain brings a group of titans together when he invents "shuttle diplomacy" hoping to secure peace. But peace is the last thing on Hitler's mind and the episode ends with war again burning across Europe.
