- Summary:
- The handbook is one of the main outputs of the Erasmus+ COSERE project. The aim of the collective work of authors from five countries is to discuss the possibilities of promoting cooperation and a culture of collegiality in schools. The handbook serves as a basis for the construction of an online educational course for teachers, school principals and school policy makers. It first presents the school contexts of individual countries and then pays attention to organizational learning, forms of cooperation in schools, limits and the promotion of a culture of collegiality in schools. The last part is then devoted to the results of a qualitative survey, which summarizes experiences with the reality and promotion of collegiality in individual school contexts.
