Summary:

When addressing the issue of the privatization of state-owned service companies in the 1990s, one should first read his work The Corporation of National Companies: in homage to Dr. Alberto Ernesto Biagosh, published by Ediciones Fabro in 2019. It discusses the business holding that operated from 1973 to 1976, dissolving with the military coup of that year, only to later reappear as the coordination of these companies within SIGEP. Additionally, it examines what the dictators who illegally took national power did from that fateful year until the return of democracy at the end of 1983, with the government of Raúl Alfonsín, and the beginning of explicit neoliberalism during Carlos Menem's administration with the privatization process. This work by Facundo Biagosh strikes the right chord in rethinking what happened to us and paves the way for further debate on what kind of country we want.
