Summary:
One feature of modern life that may have negative consequences for our health is exposure to light levels that are not aligned with the solar days. This book reviews the scientific literature on the role of appropriately timed light exposure and concludes that it seems prudent to curtail exposure to blue light during the night and maximise exposure to blue light during the morning.
