Summary:

Artist book in the form of a family photograph album focusing on the author's childhood home with the street address of Vicente López 720, Martínez, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Many of the photographs in the book are of the Smink family living in the house, juxtaposed against the empty house. "This book is an intimate diary or essay on time. It is the closing of a cycle that opens a new one. This is me now. This is my exorcism. (Here, memory is associated with a place. The place is the place where memory is expressed, it exists. Space and memory are similar, simultaneous constructions. Evelyn Smink".

Notes:

Cover simulates a mailed parcel with a sent-to address on the front, a sent-from address on the back, two postal stamps on the front, and "special delivery" stamped on the front, with postal string securing the book as a package. Each cover has different decorations (stamps and seals). Manila paper was used for the cover; matte illustration paper was used internally. Pages sized from 9 x 7 cm to 24 x 18 cm. Some pages transparent. Some pages appear as snapshots. One page appears as an opened envelope with folded one-page double-sided letter inside. Two photographs mounted on one page. Includes two QR codes for viewing videos via a phone application.
