Summary:
"Revista de Revistas" was a magazine promoting contemporary/avant-garde literature and art which published its first issue in January 1910. It was the only weekly publication that ran over six decades: from the Porfiriato to the governments emanating from the Mexican Revolution. Its founder and director was Luis Manuel Rojas. The edition it is an invitation to visit the Mexico of a century ago, which suffered the aftermath of the Revolution, but despite this the reader immersed himself in the world of theater, followed the career of the divas and voted for his favorite, let him see the news about the strikes that affected him so much, was interested in the valuables in the museums and wondered which one he would rescue, and was aware of fashion as well as novelty items, he was excited about the Olympics and followed the work of Mexican muralists. This edition offers, in addition to a set of essays on topics related to Revista de Revistas and a facsimile of the first issue of 1925, that of January 4th.
