Summary:
Verónica Conzuelo Macedo (Toluca, Mexico 1977), Director of the Museo de Arte Moderno of the Estado de México, is an artist specializing in tempera, one of the oldest painting techniques on record. She learns it in the Saturday workshops taught by master artist Luis Nishizawa and polished it in various stays in Florence, Italy. In this editorial work, which sought to do justice to her work, the artist collected a large part of her paintings, through part of the series "Waiting for the Artist," "Reverse on the Front," "Vanitas," "Landscape," "Still Life," "Tempera," and "Portraits". Some of her urban landscapes, unusual still lifes, collages with feminine garments and trompe-l'oeil explore the importance of everyday objects.
