- The book presents a set of works that address the present and future of legal historiography both in terms of the present conceptual analysis and the various derivatives in which legal historical work has developed. It is the result of the research that was presented during the IV Conference of the Spanish Society for the History of Law held at the University of Cordoba in June 2024. In all of them, from different angles, a multi-focal vision is offered, ranging from the past of the History of Law and its beginnings in the Spanish 20th century, to the immediate projection of the challenges that it must face in the present century. Special mention is made of the centenary of the oldest legal journal in our country: the Anuario de Historia del Derecho espanÌol.
- El libro presenta un conjunto de trabajos que abordan el presente y el futuro de la historiografiÌa juriÌdica tanto en lo que se refiere al anaÌlisis conceptual presente, como a las diversas derivadas en las que se ha desenvuelto la labor ius histoÌrica. Se trata del resultado de las investigaciones que fueron expuestas durante la IV Conferencia de la Sociedad EspanÌola de Historia del Derecho celebrada en la Universidad de CoÌrdoba en junio de 2024. En todas ellas, desde aÌngulos diferentes, se ofrece una visioÌn multifocal que va desde el pasado de la Historia del Derecho y sus inicios en el siglo XX espanÌol, hasta la proyeccioÌn inmediata de los retos a los que se debiera enfrentar en la presente centuria. Se recoge una especial mencioÌn al centenario de la revista juriÌdica maÌs antigua en nuestro paiÌs: el Anuario de Historia del Derecho espanÌol.
