- Summary:
- It is Christmas, the year of the pandemic 2020, and the well-known artist Ludvig Rute - against all restrictions - invites his siblings to a celebration in remote Sillingbo. He has something he wants to tell them. They have not seen each other for many years and the atmosphere is tense to say the least. It doesn't get any better when a murder happens on Christmas night. The couple of Gunnar Barbarotti and Eva Backman are called in and begin an investigation that, under heavy snowfall and in the shadow of the pandemic, is almost reminiscent of an old English detective story. At least initially. The question is: Is there an outside perpetrator or is it "all in the family" - and in the past?
