Gilt-engraved and stamped Rosh ha-Shanah card, with device designed as a decorative factotum, in a vine and grape-cluster motif, around the words כל הכתוב לחיים בירושלים (from Isaiah IV:3); understamped "Wolf Heller, Rabbiner, SAFFED Palästina, bl. Landes"; Heller was the nephew of Shmuel Heller, Chief Rabbi of Safed (Tsefat; 1809-1887), and was a brother in law of Moses Moinester, rabbi in Jerusalem and later in Brownsville, New York.
