- Title page lettered in shades of brown on endpapers of beige translucent handmade paper that folds around the main text of the book.
- Place of publication from page [21] ; date of publication supplied.
- Text printed on watermarked paper.
- "Written and designed by James and Carolyn Robertson at the Yolla Bolly Press, and printed at the Press with assistance from Aaron Johnson and Karen Garman in the spring of 1997. One thousand copies were printed, of which 250 were sewn by hand in handmade paper covers, numbered and signed by the Robertsons. Text paper used was English Waterford made by T.H. Saunders. Cover paper for the signed edition was made at the Twinrocker Handmade Paper mill in Brookston, Indiana. Cover paper for the balance of the edition is Fabriano Ingres. The type was set in Bembo by Monotype at M & H Type in San Francisco, and by hand at the Press. Photographs of the Press were taken by Brian Shea and were printed by duotone offset lithography by Phelps/Schaefer Litho-Graphics"--Colophon.
