Summary:
Manuscript prayer written for publication of a synagogue prayer for the Kishinev Jews killed, injured and made homeless following the 1903 Kishinev Massacre; the prayer contains description of the pogrom, as well as the mention of it as a catastrophe unheard of since the Destruction of the Temple, and the 1492 Spanish expulsion ("...אשר לא נשמע כמוה מיום גלות ישראל מאדמתם ומזמן גלות הישפאניא-ספרד..."). The first paragraph is of Yizkor ("Av ha-raḥamim...") and the second paragraph is a benediction and pledge ("Mi she-berakh...").
