"Of this edition ... there have been printed five hundred numbered copies on 'Old Stratford' paper, and two hundred and fifty numbered large paper copies on Imperial Japanese paper, of which numbers one to ten inclusive have been specially bound in full English vellum and the initials drawn in and hand illuminated by H.M. O'Kane."
