This document encapsulates the proceedings of "How Do Diversity Supplements Impact Careers in Biomedical and Behavioral Research?"--the second seminar of the 2022-2023 Scientific Workforce Diversity Seminar Series (SWDSS). The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Chief Officer for Scientific Workforce Diversity (COSWD) hosted the seminar on November 17, 2022. Marie A.
