La REDD+ represente-t-elle alors une opportunite pour la RDC de promouvoir un developpement humain et durable ? Fondee sur une recherche documentaire importante et l'observation participante, cette etude montre que la gouvernance du processus REDD+ en RDC est fragile et inachevee.
