In the age of AI, the capacity to inspire emotional engagement, have influence, and gain buy-in will be super-skills. In this course, learn to tap into your own sense of purpose to stoke your own emotional engagement as well as practical strategies to effectively communicate and build emotional engagement in order to influence others and secure buy-in for your ideas. Learn to recognize situations and ideas that require emotional buy-in, who to engage, and ways to align your idea with what matters to others. Then, find out how to develop a clear ask, use language that stokes engagement in others, and ways to build engagement even when communicating remotely and ways to sustain that engagement. Discover strategies to work through and around obstacles to secure lasting engagement and buy-in with your projects, initiatives, and ideas.
