Summary:
The complete work will consist of two volumes, this is the first volume, now completed. Each book will consist of 4 chapters on different landscape units, such as the mountains, the cosmos and the most sacred areas, the places categorized as "sanctum sanctorum". Each chapter illustrates its respective theme through 10 cases from different parts of the world, explained in detail and with a large number of photographs, almost entirely taken by Carlos Zeballos Velarde. At the beginning of each chapter there is also a theoretical reflection on the subject, carried out jointly by Dr. Carlos Zeballos Velarde and Dr. Gonzalo Ríos Vizcarra.
