Summary:
"Utopías de Buenos Aires" was an exhibition organized in collaboration with the CEDODAL (Centro de Documentación de Arquitectura Latinoamericana) and the OEI (Organización de Estados Iberoamericanos), which was held within the framework of the agreement signed in 2021 for the conservation, dissemination, access, consultation and preservation of Ibero-American architectural heritage. The exhibition was made up of 16 original plans and 25 printed plates referring to local architectural projects from different periods that, due to their characteristics, reflect urban ideals that today are presented to us as utopias in paper. The curatorship under architect Ramón Gutiérrez presented a selection of plans and maps from the holdings of the archives of the CEDODAL.
