- Summary:
- Our Lady of Sorrows is an invocation of the Virgin Mary, mother of Jesus. The invocation "Dolores" highlights the feeling of pain of a mother in the face of the suffering of her son. It is the most universal of all Marian devotions because it is not linked to an apparition but recalls the seven pains suffered by the mother of Jesus in life. In addition, the edition includes the history of the temples built in Cusco since colonial times.
