The author of the manuscript is unknown. On recto of single leaf (verso blank), text enclosed in a printed rectangular border decorated with pictures of cats, dogs, insects and flowers. Gilded initial letters of the first 11 lines form an acrostic on the recipient's name. Signed at end 'W.J.'. Possibly autograph
