Angela D. Calise is a Consulting Manager at Ethos, a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging firm where she advocates for underrepresented groups to create the conditions for employees to thrive within their organizations. She also has seven years of professional experience working within the Higher Education sector, where she has led strategic planning, championed staff and student retention efforts, drove research and assessment, led staff and student development and training, and developed and facilitated diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, workshops, and academic courses. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and a M.S. in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University and a B.S. in Psychology from Long Island University- Post Campus.
