This document summarizes the proceedings of the Scientific Workforce Diversity Seminar Series (SWDSS) virtual seminar, "How Does Diversity Affect Innovation in Pharma?," which began the 2022-2023 series. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Chief Officer for Scientific Workforce Diversity (COSWD) hosted the seminar on September 14, 2022. More than 300 people from NIH and other organizations attended. Marie A.
